Cavas Wine Lodge restaurant offers organic and ecological food. The menu changes every 3 months in order to offer the finest ingredients available according the season. The lodge also shows a great respect for the environment. For instance they only use bio detergents and recycle as much as possible. They are also growing their own fruits and vegetables using compost to nurture their land.
