Zannier Le Chalet

An intimate alpine retreat in Megève

Zannier Le Chalet is alpine hospitality distilled to its essence. Set above Megève with uninterrupted views toward Mont Blanc, this intimate collection of timbered chalets embodies quiet craftsmanship and emotional design. With only twelve suites and a private cottage, it feels less like a hotel and more like a private mountain residence, where firelight, snow, and simplicity shape the rhythm of each stay.

Overview

Le Chalet was the first expression of Arnaud Zannier’s vision for hospitality, founded on simplicity, authenticity, and emotional connection. Rather than grand alpine spectacle, the design favors natural wood, stone, linen, and muted palettes that echo the purity of the surrounding peaks. Interiors feel tactile and grounded, shaped by craftsmanship rather than trends.

Each of the twelve rooms and suites is individually designed, many featuring balconies or terraces with uninterrupted mountain views. Open fireplaces anchor generous living spaces, while split-level suites and apartment-style layouts create a sense of privacy and residential comfort. Modern amenities are seamlessly integrated, yet never disrupt the atmosphere of calm.

Dining centers around La Ferme de Mon Père, one of Megève’s most respected restaurants. Alpine gastronomy is celebrated with seasonal ingredients, French technique, and thoughtful plant-based options. Mornings begin with farm cheeses, fresh pastries, and local produce. Winter afternoons invite guests to linger over patisserie by the fire.

Wellbeing completes the experience. An indoor relaxation pool, hammam, sauna, and curated treatments restore body and mind after time on the slopes. With a dedicated ski concierge and the option to privatize the entire chalet, Zannier Le Chalet offers a rare blend of intimacy, design integrity, and mountain immersion.
